Few things make me jump for joy more than aspiring students finding their voice and using it to get into the programs of their choice. I have coached dozens of students applying to graduate and fellowship programs. I've been through the process myself—I completed a Ph.D. and postdoc in chemistry and served as a research assistant professor in Life Science for three years mentoring and coaching students in research.
